On October 31, 2009 we purchased a house on 34 acres where we could keep our horses and ride. Our home is Badger Hollow on Grizzly Mountain, just northwest of Prineville, Oregon. The west side of the property borders on the Crooked River National Grasslands, with miles of horse trails for us to discover, and half a dozen of Oregon's endurance ride events are within 45 minutes.
We moved into Badger Hollow on December 21, 2009 with the help of our good friends Molly and Paul (fellow endurance riders), and have built a barn and various out buildings and fenced in about twelve acres for the horses.
Badger Hollow Observatory is now operational.
